Spa Policies

Personal Information

All clients must complete a health intake form prior to service. All information collected from the intake form and any discussions in office or during treatment will be confidential and never shared with third parties without written permission from the client.

Appointment Reservations

Advance reservations are highly recommended due to the popularity of our unique services as appointments are subject to availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

A debit or credit card is required to hold your reservation. Credit card holds are required for all new guests without exception. Your card will not be charged until treatment is received or in accordance to our cancellation policy.

Check In

We ask that all new clients please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We like to chat with you about your appointment and get you settled, your treatment will start at the Appointment Time. It is important that you arrive on time to receive your full treatment. We respect all of our clients’ schedules and are unable to extend your treatment time due to late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will not be seen, be considered a No Show, and will be charged for the appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why you may find yourself unable to keep an appointment. However, to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists time, we have adopted the following policy:

24-hour cancellation notice is required when canceling or changing an appointment. Cancellation or changes within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a 30% Cancellation Fee, of the booked service.

Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals

If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please go to the Jessica Bentley Skin Spa website, and select the Login In/Sign up link in the upper right. Once you are logged in, you can cancel your current appointment and select a new appointment time.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may affect your selected treatment(s). If you are pregnant or actively trying to conceive please let us know before your service. Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, cancer, allergies, skin rash, or any health conditions, we advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present us with a doctor’s note of approval. We have the right to refuse service due to contraindicated health conditions.

Before Service Suggestions

Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, waxing, body treatments and facials is not recommended. Smoking before a facial treatment is highly discouraged. Increased water intake the week before a facial with extractions is highly recommended.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". Their card on file will be charged 100% Cancelation fee of the requested service for their missed appointment.

Late arrivals

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Age Requirements

We kindly ask that you arrange for child care prior to your visit in order for you to receive the full benefit of relaxation and the atmosphere of the Spa. Spa Guests must be at least 10 years old to receive treatment. Guests under the age of 18 require written parental consent.

Mobile Phones

We ask that you respect the peace and tranquility of the Spa and ensure that mobile phones are switched off before entering the premises. Please refrain from calls while inside the Spa.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available on our website. We are a green spa and to reduce the amount of paper products our certificates are available online only. These Gift certificates are customizable for any occasion, printable at home, can be emailed to the recipient or scheduled to be emailed to the recipient thru email on the day of your choosing. Certificates are valid for 12 months and are not redeemable for cash. Expired gift certificates can be re-activated for a fee of 10% of the certificates’ balance. Gift certificates are treated as cash; all lost or stolen gift certificates are the responsibility of the holder. Gift certificates are non-refundable. All sales are final.


Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, all major credit cards, Jessica Bentley Skin Spa Gift Certificates, including Spa Finder Gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.


I understand the services offered are not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided by the therapist, or Jessica Bentley Skin Spa is not a diagnostic or prescriptive in nature. The therapist or Jessica Bentley Skin Spa may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. The client also has the right to stop the treatment at any time. The therapist and Jessica Bentley Skin Spa assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.

Jessica Bentley Skin Spa has the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment without notice. We have the right to change your service provider without notice, unless the service provider is specifically requested.

By calling, texting, emailing, or scheduling your appointment online, you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions stated in the Spa Policies.
